For us, ecology and sustainability are not empty buzzwords but values that we consistently implement.
In our apartments, we aim to demonstrate that cutting-edge technology and responsible actions can go hand in hand – for an environmentally friendly and comfortable vacation in the Tyrolean Alps.

Our building is a prime example of sustainable construction: it produces more energy than it consumes. With a 20 kWp photovoltaic system generating 24,000 kWh of electricity annually and a self-developed AI-based home management system, we not only cover our entire energy needs but also feed up to 7,000 kWh of surplus energy back into the grid each year. This energy surplus is used to power the apartments and additional amenities such as our hot tub, which runs predominantly on self-generated electricity.

Our self-developed AI smart home technology takes energy efficiency to the next level. The system uses weather forecasts and predicted sunlight hours to calculate how much electricity the photovoltaic system will generate. It then utilizes this data to:

• Optimize energy consumption: Devices and heating are only operated when energy is available.
• Manage energy distribution: Surplus electricity is stored in hot water boilers or prioritized for other applications.
• Reduce overall consumption: Targeted adjustments save energy while increasing comfort for our guests.

We also provide three EV charging stations, each with a charging capacity of up to 11 kW, so you can conveniently charge your electric vehicle during your stay – naturally powered by 100% renewable energy.
